I was having a bit of a search around the other day looking for worthwhile sites, heres a few that I think are pretty appropriate here.

OZHiker
There is a really good diary of his hiking in [tag]Tasmania[/tag] here, it’s old and unattractive but with pics and entries like this, it’s definately not short on inspiration. Those two pics remind me of the type of lands you only read about in [tag]fantasy[/tag] novels. Now I’ve just gotta get my butt up there sometime soon too. Evan is currently travelling around the world although his diary on that isn’t really worthwile, although the early enties are good.

Adventure Blog
Good all round, plenty of pics and some vids too. Check out the Worlds most Dangerous Tracks entry, I’ve gotta find out where those fist two are and add them to my list.

Outdoor Action
From Princton University, there is quite a few good pages here and very thorough. I’ve picked out a good and detailed one on [tag]winter camping[/tag].

Singapore Outdoors
Nice blog of their trekking around the world and with a Kilaminjaro trip coming up it’s bound to get better. Also it’s the first other blog to link to me, thanks.

The Goat
Somewhat amusing gear blog from backcountry.com, has a good set of [tag]links[/tag].
